Requirements

• Achieve a sales conversion rate above 25% and ensure that net sales exceed net cancellations, excluding upgrades and downgrades to be eligible for bonus.
• Generate Target first timer (leads) per month.
• Minimum required hours are 44 hours per week.
• Spend 38 hours in the studio during operational times.
• Account for the remaining 6 hours in Prospr, with the breakdown as follows:
• • 4 hours per week for administrative tasks.
  • 2 hours per week for Outreach-Grassroots events. Any unfulfilled outreach hours should be added to in-studio hours.
• Efficiently manage labor hours as trained:
• • Managers should adhere to the prescribed Grassroots outreach and studio hours.
  • Adjust coaching hours accordingly to compensate for any deviations in grassroots or studio hours.
  • For instance, if a manager skips Grassroots outreach and adds 4 extra hours in the studio, they must reduce coaching hours by 4 to control costs.
• No Prospr Tickets 15 days past due date.

Key Performance Metrics (KPIs):

• Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed KPIs; sales conversion, member retention, and overall studio performance.
• Regularly analyze reports to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
• Meet Marketing team expectations. Including maintain >90% on monthly Social Media Audit
• Meet Revenue Target & Payroll Budget
• Meet Corporate compliance checklists.
• Reviews : 5 New 5 Star Google reviews per month. 4.9 maintained on each platform
• Team Management:
• • Build & audit the studio schedule, ensuring alignment with the labor cost budget.
  • Interview, hire, and onboard new employees, ensuring a seamless integration into the team.
  • Complete performance reviews, providing constructive feedback, setting goals, and recognizing achievements to promote individual and team growth.
• Operations, Compliance and Adherence:
• • Ensure compliance and adherence to all SWEAT440 policies for daily studio operations.
  • Enforce and maintain all corporate policies, business practices, systems, and processes.
  • Submit required checklists and documentation on time, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Be responsible for ensuring that the facility is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and operationally sound at all times.
  • Oversee and coordinate maintenance and repair activities as needed.
  • Monitor inventory of equipment and cleaning supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Regularly assess equipment conditions, coordinating repairs or replacements as needed.
  • Develop and maintain a high-energy studio culture that resonates with both members and team employees.
  • Ensure that all front desk systems are followed, including proper Member Check-In, correspondence with RV Staffing Team (general and sales-related), Guest Registration, and addressing customer care issues
• Community Outreach (Grassroots) Collaboration:
• • Enhance member experience, build community, create partnerships, and generate new leads through active participation in community initiatives.
• If your studio has reached the point of having an Assistant or Community manager. You are expected to oversee, assist and hold that individual & yourself accountable to the following. If your studio has not reached the membership volume to afford this position; the following is the Manager’s responsibility.
• Create Partnerships with Local Businesses:
• • Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses to create mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Identify opportunities for collaboration and joint initiatives that align with our brand and values.
• Plan and Execute In-Studio Events:
• • Organize engaging in-studio events to enhance the overall member experience.
• Plan and Execute Tabling Events:
• • Organize monthly tabling events outside the studio to generate new leads and increase brand visibility. 
  • Implement strategies to attract and engage potential members through these external events.
• Plan Member Events and Activities:
• • Develop and execute member-exclusive events and activities aimed at enhancing retention and building a strong sense of community.
• Oversee Social Media, Digital Signage, and BrandBot Communication:
• • Manage and audit content for social media platforms to maintain an active and engaging online presence, ensuring content is aligned with brand culture. Score no less than 90% on monthly Social Media Audit
  • Coordinate and update digital signage content within the studio to effectively communicate relevant information.
  • Utilize BrandBot communication channels to keep members informed about upcoming events, promotions, and community updates.
• Reporting
• • Submit a comprehensive Community Outreach Report to the Regional Manager on a regular basis, providing updates on all events and partnership activities.

• Vacation and Paid Time Off (PTO):
• • PTO accrues with every paycheck at a rate of .416 days per pay period.
  • You are entitled to 10 paid time off days per year.
  • Vacation time may be used before officially accruing, provided it is requested and approved and only after 6 months of continuous employment. 
  • Time off during holidays will be at your discretion, but only after ensuring adequate coverage for studio needs by scheduling the team.
• SWEAT440 Membership:
• • You will receive a complimentary SWEAT440 Membership.
  • Additionally, you have the privilege to give one complimentary membership to a friend or family member.
• Parking Reimbursement:
• • Unless a parking space is provided, you are eligible for a monthly parking reimbursement of $50, subject to proof of payment or invoice.

Health Insurance:

• If you choose to enroll in the company health insurance, the company will cover 60% of the total cost.
• Wellness Budget
• • You  will receive a monthly budget of $100 to be used in accordance with the Wellness Budget guidelines. 
  • This budget can be used for a range of wellness activities, including but not limited to: fitness memberships, massage, facials, meditation, and other activities that contribute to physical or mental health.
  • You have the flexibility to stack up your monthly budget for up to 6 months, allowing you to plan and indulge in larger wellness activities. Unused amounts will expire on the last day of each year so use it or lose it.

Compensation: Base will be $70,000 to 75,000 annually paid semi-monthly, on the 15th and last day of the month.

Performance Bonus: Eligibility requires meeting all points in “Requirements” section.

We fully expect the total compensation package to be between $96,000 to $108,000 . Bonuses to equal between $21,000 and $33,000 in addition to your base salary per year. 

Reaching these bonus driven goals consistently will be mandatory as part of a satisfactory performance review.

• Direct Sales Commission : $750/mth minimum is expected; if not met in any two out of three month period it automatically places the candidate on “probation” and on a “PIP” (Performance Improvement Plan) with grounds for termination if KPI’s of the PIP are not met. 
• Studio Sales Revenue Target : $1000/mth for achieving Revenue target.  This is specifically contingent on also reaching first timer goals. Calculated Quarterly
• Studio Sales Revenue (Stretch) Target : an additional $1000/mth for achieving Revenue stretch goal. Calculated Quarterly
• Personal Training & 40S delivery and sales : Under construction.
• This bonus procedure may be amended from time to time as needed by ownership.
