NOW HIRING: LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) for small, rural Skilled Nursing Facility in Indiana, PA

Available Shifts:
6am - 2pm or 2pm - 10pm
PRN or Part-Time
Pay Rate - Based on years of experience
+ Shift Differential
What You’ll Do:
• Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of an RN
• Administer medications and treatments
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes
• Support and guide CNAs in daily care tasks
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and facility standards
