Senior Business Account Executive, SMB Direct Sales (Outside Sales) Comcast is seeking a Senior Business Account Executive for SMB Direct Sales (Outside Sales). This role focuses on selling Comcast Internet, Data, Video and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses, emphasizing advanced communications solutions including PRI, Hosted PBX and multi-location opportunities. As part of the sales process, you will create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations demonstrating knowledge of Comcast products and services, promote bundled solutions, and aim to exceed departmental financial and unit targets. Stay informed of the competitive landscape and emerging technologies to position Comcast Business Services effectively. Responsibilities Territory development including local partnerships and brand positioning. Maintain quality sales records and prepare sales and activity reports. Ensure customer satisfaction and uphold a positive Comcast experience. New acquisition sales of Comcast Commercial Internet, Video and Voice to small and mid-size businesses. Generate new leads through prospecting activities, including cold calling, canvassing, referrals and partner relationships. Focus on advanced communications solutions including PRI, Hosted PBX and multi-location opportunities. Identify improvement areas through a consultative process to enhance communications for prospects. Effectively manage a territory with high activity and a comprehensive business plan. Collaborate with technical, customer service and support staff to ensure end-to-end sales and customer satisfaction, driving revenue growth. Maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects to achieve monthly quota targets or higher. Remain knowledgeable of Comcast products and services to facilitate sales efforts. Achieve and exceed assigned sales and business quality objectives. Adhere to all company standards and professional business conduct. Punctual, regular and consistent attendance.
