Our focused technology areas: Data & Analytics (Data Architecture, Data Engineering, Data Migration, Data Modernization, Big Data, Analytics and BI) Cloud (Cloud Computing, Cloud Migration, Cloud-Native Architecture, Hybrid and Multi-Cloud) Quality Engineering (Manual Testing, Non-functional testing, Test Automation, Digital Testing) Our focused industries and target segments: Manufacturing, Transportation, & Logistics Energy & Utilities Telecom & Media Government & Public Sector (FED, SLED, & Partners) Hi-Tech Job Description Object Technology Solutions, Inc (OTSI) has an immediate opening for a Work Force Development Specialist 1 MAJOR RESPONSIBILITES: As a contractor for the WorkforceDevelopment team, you will provide support for training and documentationsystems, training records, and content materials. o Monitor and follow up on documentation changerequests o Maintain documents using appropriate software,standards, styles, and templates o Edit and proofread documentation o Work with content experts to maintain documentaccuracy o Store documents in the appropriate repositoryand follow data management requirements o Adhere to learning administrator and trainingcontent standards o Monitor and follow up on training requests o Audit and update training content andassignments o Create and manage on-the-job training (OJT)certifications for controlled documents SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: Bachelor’s or equivalent experience 2 years of experience writing technicaldocumentation for new systems, equipment, or processes (preference forsemiconductor domain). Experience administering a learning managementsystem. Experience with Microsoft 365 softwareincluding Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with SharePoint. 2 years of experience in a manufacturing orproduction environment.
