Schedule: Mondays 8 5, Tuesdays 6 3, Wednesdays 10 4, Thursdays 10 6
Hours: 30 per week
Contract Length: 4 weeks (potential extension)
- Board certified FNP
- Active Illinois NP license
- DEA registered in Illinois
- BLS certification
- At least 2 years of FNP experience
- Primary care experience within the last 2 years
- Comfortable performing well woman exams
