Landmark Healthcare Inc. is seeking a licensed Pharmacy Technician to join our Home Infusion Pharmacy. We are looking for someone who is able to work Monday through Friday, full-time hours, in office in Irving, TX. Our ideal candidate is a licensed pharmacy technician with ample customer service experience. Duties include:

· Assist with Infusion Pharmacy processing, dispensing and delivery.

· Intake, verification, medication preparation, packing, and delivery.

· Communicate heavily with Pharmacists, referrals, Patients and caregivers utilizing exceptional customer service skills.

· Heavy use of Landmark computer information systems in order to answer questions, and process new orders and requested refills.

· Uses math skills to calculate dosages.

· Document all patient interactions, refill requests, and therapy updates in the pharmacy management system and electronic medical record.

· Maintain timely and accurate written and digital Pharmacy records, and are heavy users of Landmark computer information systems.

· Landmark Pharmacy Technicians work under the direct supervision of a Landmark Pharmacist, assisting with intake procedures for new patients and preparing infusion products for dispensing.

· Assist with inventory management, including maintaining medicine and supply inventory, checking pharmaceutical stock to determine inventory levels, ordering inventory, checking pricing accuracy, counting and receiving items, and otherwise controlling inventory.

· Must be able to adhere to all standards, procedures, cleaning protocols, and infection control policies

· Adhere to all Texas State Board of Pharmacy rules and regulations, Landmark policies and procedures, Federal and Texas laws, and Joint Commission standards.

· Technicians will also on occasion, perform other duties as required.

Full Time Pharmacy Technician Requirements:

· Current Pharmacy Technician Certification in State of Texas is a Must

· Handling a Fast Pace Environment is Required

· Fluent in Spanish is preferred!

· Must possess problem-solving skills

· Math skills are required

· Must have experience within a customer service, call center, or similar field.

· Experience in Infusion Pharmacy settings is a Plus, but not required

· Work schedule is Monday through Friday. Must be flexible on working hours into the evening. (No late nights or overnight shifts.)

· Pharmacy software experience is a Plus

· Spotless Background Check is Required

· Excellent Communication Skills are Required

· Customer Service attitude is Required

· Strong Computer Experience is Required
