Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) Nurse in Boston, Massachusetts. This position involves providing specialized surgical nursing support within a busy OR focused on Level I Trauma Surgery, including transplant, neurology, spine, and orthopedic trauma cases. Candidates are required to bring their nursing license on the first day of the assignment.

• Years of Experience: 0 (minimum)
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, experience in operating room settings, and must have kidney transplant, neuro, spine, or orthopedic trauma and robotics experience.
• Schedule: Night shift, 5 days during the first week (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM); weeks with holidays, 4 days of 10-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM). No call requirements when working nights.
• Additional Information: No local travelers will be accepted (must reside more than 50 miles from the facility). Orientation occurs weekly every Monday, barring holidays. Temporary nurses previously employed by the healthcare organization within the last 6 months must be separated for 6 months.
• Submission Requirements: BILH coversheet required at time of submission; flu vaccination required prior to acceptance; all RTO requests must be presented at time of submission.
