Associate, Intellectual Property Litigation

You will join a rapidly expanding IP Litigation practice handling complex patent disputes across industries. The role offers the opportunity to work alongside trial‑tested litigators on high‑stakes matters that shape technology and innovation. Its IP Litigation practice brings deep technical capability, industry insight, and proven trial experience to matters spanning patent, trademark, copyright, and trade‑secret disputes. The team is known for delivering strategic, high‑caliber advocacy in complex, high‑value cases. Description Handle intellectual property litigation cases, including patent, trademark, and copyright disputes. Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs. Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and mediations. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop case strategies. Analyze and interpret complex legal documents and case law. Prepare and manage discovery processes, including depositions and document reviews. Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on intellectual property matters. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of intellectual property laws and regulations. Profile A successful candidate should have: A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Strong knowledge of intellectual property law and litigation procedures. Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines effectively. Experience working in the professional services or legal industry is a plus. A commitment to upholding the highest standards of legal practice.
