H&M Sales Advisor (Seasonal) - Westgate Outlets

About the Role As a Sales Advisor, you will provide excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through your store to actively sell our products and support them with information for the best experience. You will also work on garment refill & care, presentation and contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back‑of‑house, working closely with your store team to deliver an exceptional customer experience. A Day in the Life Working at H&M means no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will include the following responsibilities. Customer Sales & Profit Provide excellent customer service: welcoming and guiding customers through the store and the OMNI experience where available, supporting them with direct customer service. Willingness to engage in conversations with customers to provide excellent service. Guide customers through our fashion trends, stories and products in all areas of the store. Effectively promote and sell our products to customers. Actively promote our Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in‑store sustainability initiatives. Represent yourself and the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions. Support commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with the store management team. General Information Fashion & Trend Awareness Keep up to date with the fashion scene, trends, tendencies, styles, brands, products, competitors and relevant influencers. Use your product and fashion knowledge to share relevant information with customers. Team & Development Retain and share your service, fashion and store operations knowledge and skills with colleagues. Follow all procedures, routines and legal requirements in all areas of the store. Give and receive feedback with your colleagues to learn, develop and support each other. Participate in relevant onboarding, introduction processes and training and courses that support your role and future development. Retail Operations / Visual & Commercial Execution Complete the full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming and ensure good garment care. Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practice and processes. Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back‑of‑house (including stockrooms). Support garment presentation, execution and maintain attractive merchandise displays, clear trends and stories according to visual and commercial guidelines. Ensure good stock levels with replenishment routines on the sales floor. Keep up with best practice for any in‑store OMNI services and in‑store tech services/tools such as the Instore Care App, Click & Collect and Smart Store. Support opening and closing of the store. Follow all H&S guidelines and legal requirements applicable to the role and responsibilities. Qualifications Who You Are Passionate about fashion and everything we create in‑store. Motivated by giving customers a great experience. Communicative, creative, curious, motivated, flexible, decisive and action‑oriented. Enjoy working in a collaborative and dynamic environment. Have sales experience that can be applied to this role. Experience working with customer service in fashion, retail or other service‑related industries.
