Ability to ensure the delivery of meals and customer servicefor a positive dining experience. Follow all applicable policiesand procedures as well as current federal, states and localguidelines and regulations that govern long-term care. The Cook is responsible for the preparation of food inaccordance with current applicable federal, state, and localstandards, guidelines and regulations, with our establishedpolicies and procedures.
