Make a meaningful impact supporting elementary students as a contracted Occupational Therapist for the remainder of the school year. This opportunity invites you to work with a dedicated group of about 45 students, delivering essential services across two welcoming elementary school locations near Greeley, CO.

You’ll practice your OT expertise in a collaborative, supportive educational environment, offering assessments and interventions that foster growth and independence in children. A full-time schedule is available, with the possibility to work four days per week—allowing for work-life balance while you advance your therapeutic skills.

Your Qualifications:

• Current licensure (or eligibility) as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Colorado
• School-based experience preferred, specifically with elementary-age students
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with both educators and families
• Ability to serve multiple school sites and manage a caseload of approximately 45 students
• Commitment to helping students access their education and meet individualized goals

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy interventions based on students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor student progress
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff, special education teams, and families
• Support two school sites, efficiently managing travel and caseload priorities
• Maintain timely records and documentation in compliance with school and regulatory guidelines
