About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its mission-driven organization, which is dedicated to strengthening children, families, and communities. The CEO will be the chief executive and strategic leader, responsible for guiding a multi-state enterprise that delivers a range of support services. This role involves close partnership with the Board of Directors to establish and execute long-term strategic plans, ensure financial sustainability, and foster organizational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a relevant field, a minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in related sectors, and a proven track record in financial management and working with diverse stakeholders. Key responsibilities for the CEO include strategic leadership, operational excellence, financial stewardship, external relations, and talent leadership. The successful candidate will be a visionary leader with the ability to navigate complexity, anticipate challenges, and drive the organization's growth and impact. They must be adept at building and maintaining relationships, championing diversity and inclusion, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. The role also requires significant travel and a commitment to the values and mission of the organization.
