Shift & Scheduling Details:

• Every other weekend required

Required Credentials & Experience:

• Current, valid RN license
• Prior Med-Surg (MS) nursing experience preferred
• Strong critical thinking, organization, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently with teams and adapt to new settings

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care for med-surg patients
• Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams
• Monitor patient progress and respond effectively in dynamic clinical situations
