Tax Manager

Integritas is recruiting candidates for a Tax Manager role to take full ownership of a growing individual tax practice, leading the preparation of roughly 250 returns annually while delivering an organized, accurate, and efficient client experience.
This role is built for a technically strong CPA or highly qualified EA who can operate independently, manage tax-season workflow, handle client intake and delivery, and remove the production burden from advisors. As operations stabilize, the position will expand into tax-planning integration, process improvement, and long-term business growth. Compensation ranges from $75,000-$85,000 for EAs and $90,000-$110,000 for CPAs, with flexibility for exceptional candidates who bring planning, leadership, or business-building upside.Our client is a well-established, smaller firm in southwest Michigan with a tenured team and loyal client base.
