*CNA / STNA Responsibilities:*

* Take and record vital signs.
* Measure and record height and weight, intake, and output.
* Care for the residents environment.
* Assist with bathing, grooming and toileting.
* Assist with eating and hydration.
* Observe residents skin when administering care and reports changes to licensed nurse; provide skin care as needed.
* Meet residents mental health and social service needs.
* Change linens on residents bed.
* Assist in passing out fresh ice water to residents.

*CNA / STNA Qualifications:*

* Must be state tested, have recent nurse aide training completion certificate, *or be willing to train.*
* Previous experience working in direct care services preferred.
* High school diploma or GED preferred.
