IT Analyst I

Position: IT Analyst I Location: Larkin Bldg @ Exchange Street, Buffalo, NY. Work type: Full‑time, Shift 1. Responsibilities Researches and writes technical design specifications, flowcharts, and test scripts. Acquires and organizes source material, including applicable specifications and technical writeups. Coordinates system installation with user departments, ensuring satisfactory results. Participates in smaller‑scope portions of larger projects as assigned. Works with off‑the‑shelf systems and modifies features as needed. Provides end‑user training on assigned systems. Collapses with vendors on technical requests when applicable. Assists in the development and execution of test plans in cooperation with the project team. Produces report writing for applications. Completes other duties as assigned. Qualifications Associate of Applied Science degree or five years of related experience in IT, or healthcare experience in lieu of a degree. Certification is not required upon hire; however, if a certification is required to access build applications, attainment of the certification will be required to retain employment after the first 90 days. Experience One year or less of experience in Information Technology. Compensation and Benefits Grade: EX213 Salary range: $67,938.00 – $93,414.75 (bi‑weekly pay).
