Senior Industrial Maintenance Technician Location: Oxnard, CA Employment Type: Full-Time Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance, repair, and reliability of manufacturing equipment and facility systems. This hands‑on role is responsible for troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently to support production goals. Key Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and fabrication‑related equipment Diagnose equipment failures and implement effective corrective actions Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical manuals, and manufacturer specifications Support and maintain preventive maintenance programs and documentation Assist with equipment upgrades, installations, and continuous improvement projects Provide technical support and training to maintenance and production personnel Ensure compliance with OSHA, Arc Flash, and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) safety requirements Perform welding, fabrication, machining, and equipment modifications as needed Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders Support production uptime through timely troubleshooting and repairs Qualifications Minimum 7 years of industrial maintenance experience required Strong experience with electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, machining, and fabrication systems Technical school, trade certification, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience preferred Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently Preferred Skills Preventive and predictive maintenance Industrial electrical troubleshooting Hydraulic and pneumatic systems Welding and fabrication Machinery repair and installation Continuous improvement and process optimization Equipment & Tools Hand and power tools Welding and fabrication equipment Lathes, mills, grinders, presses, and saws Electrical testing equipment and measuring instruments Forklifts, cranes, and other material handling equipment Computerized maintenance and reporting systems Work Environment Manufacturing and industrial facility Exposure to machinery, noise, heat, cold, dust, oil, grease, and industrial chemicals Fast‑paced production environment requiring adherence to safety standards Physical Requirements Ability to frequently lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs Ability to occasionally lift up to 100 lbs Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing, reaching, and working in confined spaces Ability to work around moving equipment and at elevated heights when required What We Offer Full‑time, long‑term opportunity Stable manufacturing environment Opportunities for advancement and skill development Collaborative team‑oriented workplace Safety‑focused culture #J-18808-Ljbffr
