We are looking for a Payroll Administrator to support accurate and timely payroll operations for a multi-state workforce. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who can manage full-cycle payroll with precision, maintain compliance with payroll regulations, and handle pay matters with a high level of confidentiality. The role requires someone who is detail oriented and comfortable working with payroll systems, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring deductions and garnishments are processed correctly.
Responsibilities:
• Administer end-to-end payroll processing for a workforce of approximately 200 to 300 staff members across multiple states.
• Review payroll data for accuracy, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure staff are paid correctly and on schedule.
• Maintain payroll records, update earnings and deduction information, and support compliance with applicable wage and tax requirements.
• Process garnishments, levies, and other court-ordered deductions in accordance with federal and state regulations.
• Use ADP Workforce Now to enter, validate, and manage payroll information and reporting activities.
• Respond to payroll-related questions from staff and internal stakeholders, providing clear and timely resolution to issues.
• Prepare payroll reports, audit payroll transactions, and assist with documentation needed for internal reviews or external requests.

• At least 2 years of payroll administration experience, including full-cycle payroll processing.• Hands-on experience managing payroll for employees located in multiple states.
• Familiarity with payroll operations for organizations with roughly 101 to 500 employees.
• Practical experience using ADP Workforce Now in a payroll environment.
• Working knowledge of garnishments, deductions, and related payroll compliance requirements.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to handle sensitive payroll information confidentially.
• Ability to organize priorities effectively and meet recurring payroll deadlines.
