Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 7:45am–5:00pm
• Rotating Saturdays, or until all deliveries are completed
• Approximately 8–12 hours/day
• Subject to change based on business needs; overtime may be required

Core responsibilities

• Drive a non‑CDL box truck (or other assigned vehicle) on established routes.
• Make 10–20 deliveries per day; ensure on‑time, accurate drop‑offs in all weather.
• Operate a company‑provided handheld to confirm and complete deliveries.
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation (drivers logs, fuel purchase logs, and other records required by company policy and law).
• Perform thorough pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections.
• Collect customer payments when applicable and provide professional, courteous service.

Physical & equipment expectations

• Lift 50 lbs regularly and up to 80 lbs occasionally; use team lifts or mechanical aids for commercial tires.
• Exert up to 40 lbs of pushing force for barrels and industrial/agricultural tires.
• Assist loading/unloading; operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers as needed (training provided).
• Protective gear required: steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, SRL. All gear is provided except boots; follow all safety and manufacturer guidelines.
• Work around moderate noise, tire/car part/lubricant fumes, and varying outdoor conditions.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age (mandatory company policy).
• 1 year of professional driving (cube van, box truck, or semi) and successful completion of a company road test.
• Valid drivers license with a driving record meeting company standards.
• Valid DOT Medical Card per DOT/FMCSA guidelines.
• Trainable and safe with powered industrial trucks and high‑reach lifts.
• Ability to consistently lift 50 lbs and occasionally 80 lbs; push up to 40 lbs.
• Proven customer service skills; ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.
