Client Support Specialist I

Position Summary The role of Client Support Specialist I is vital to the success of the warehouse operations. This individual provides support to a limited number of assigned customers and to the Client Care Manager and team. This individual also serves as the liaison between the client and operations and is the principle point of contact for the client. The Client Support Specialist I must understand client expectations while partnering with operations to ensure outstanding service. This individual is also responsible for providing operational support at one of eShipping Distribution Service's warehouse locations to ensure efficient and timely pick-up and delivery, handling of customer orders, and shipments. Daily responsibilities and activities include order and inventory management, customer service, data entry, billing, report generation and analysis, internal and external communications, Amazon portal routing, and miscellaneous administrative duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Duties include but are not limited to the following:
• Provide customer service and operational support for the distribution centers
• Maintain an open line of communications with customers
• Research shipment tracking requests and provide feedback, including resolution of misplaced orders and shipments
• Take responsibility for basic technology needs, including user skills with a variety of Microsoft Office software programs
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks, working with remote Subject Matter Experts to ensure operational efficiencies
• Handle internal communications with Business Development/Sales, Integrations, and Information Technology personnel to resolve customer problems
• Provide support to the Client Care Manager and team
