As a Senior Commercial Relationship Manager, you'll build and lead a high-performing portfolio of complex commercial clients while partnering closely to deliver tailored credit and treasury solutions. This is an opportunity to combine strategic business development with meaningful client relationships. In our Moses Lake Commercial Banking Center, you will have the opportunity to focus on serving Commercial and Agricultural clients throughout the market.In This Role You'llDrive revenue growth through targeted business development with both existing clients and new prospectsBuild, deepen, and manage relationships with large, complex commercial and Agricultural clientsFocus business development efforts across commercial & industrial (C&I) and Agricultural opportunities and specialized industry verticalsStructure and negotiate loan terms within your authority to meet client needs and organizational goalsPrepare and present comprehensive credit analyses and lending recommendationsConduct ongoing credit reviews to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirementsMonitor and manage portfolio risk, maintaining accurate risk ratings and proactive issue identificationRepresent the bank in the community to build brand awareness and strengthen local partnershipsMentor and coach less experienced relationship managers and support team developmentPartner with loan support staff and contribute to a collaborative team environmentEnsure adherence to all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirementsWhat We're Looking ForYou have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Law, Computer Science, or a related field (Required).
