Alsana Eating Disorder Treatment NurseSchedule: Saturday and Sunday 7:00 AM – 7:00 PMBe part of a soul-hearted approach to healingAlsana is a national leader in eating disorder treatment, offering a holistic, soul-hearted approach to recovery for adults and adolescents of all genders.We exist to be a source of hope and healing, creating safe, nurturing spaces where individuals can cultivate the roots of their own recovery story.What You'll DoProvide direct nursing care to clients in our Residential and PHP programs.Collaborate with physicians, therapists, dietitians, and the clinical team to support individualized care.Administer, monitor, and document medications in accordance with Alsana policies.Complete nursing assessments, obtain vital signs, perform phlebotomy, and provide basic medical care.Support client admissions, medication reconciliation, and discharge planning.Assist with physician visits and ensure accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).Participate in meal support and nutrition-related activities as needed.Maintain compliance with organizational policies, regulatory standards, and documentation requirements.QualificationsActive, unencumbered RN license in the State of Alabama.Diploma, ADN, or BSN required. New graduates are encouraged to apply.Phlebotomy skills required.Current BLS/CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire).Behavioral health, eating disorder, residential, or skilled nursing experience preferred.Strong communication, organization, and computer skills, including experience with electronic medical records.Join us in helping people feel rooted, engaged, and respected as they find their path to recovery.
