Registered Nurse (RN) - Level II Trauma Center

Location: Hudson, FL

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Shifts run from 7 AM to 7 PM, and the Nurse is expected to work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital employees.

Job Description: The Registered Nurse will provide patient care in a Level II Trauma center. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
• Monitor and document patient progress and outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on care processes and discharge planning.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Current RN license in the state of Florida.
• Previous experience in a trauma or critical care setting preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
