Job Details Join the Smurfit WestRock team in Sioux Falls, SD as a Production Worker! Available Shift(s): 2nd & 3rd Starting Wage Range: $20.84 per hour, with scheduled increases after 60 days up to a maximum of $27.17 per hour. Additional Incentives Shift Differentials ($0.75/hr. for 2nd Shift, $1.00/hr. for 3rd Shift) Health Insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision) available after 60 days Life Insurance and Short-Term Disability Paid Lunches and Breaks 401(k) with Company Contributions Paid Holidays and PTO Within the First Year Reimbursements for Boots & RX Safety Glasses Employee Referral Program Tuition Reimbursement Primary Duties Include Operating manufacturing equipment/powered equipment safely and follow specific directions Maintaining a clean work environment Ability to read a tape measure and have basic math and computer skills. Ability to work safely and comply with all safety regulations. Ability to push, pull, bend, squat, life, reach, kneel, and stand for up to 12 hrs. a day. Must be able to push, pull or lift to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis. Required to work daily overtime, weekend work and various shifts depending on workload. Must be willing to work any available shift.
