Compensation: $80,000–$90,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
On-Target Earnings: $160,000–$180,000
Travel: Approximately 10%

This innovative solution provides orthodontists with an unprecedented level of clinical control and advanced biomechanics that significantly outperform traditional systems currently on the market.

They are seeking a driven, ambitious, and coachable Junior Dental Sales Representative to join as a founding member of the commercial team. This is a true hunter role focused on aggressively building pipeline, acquiring new orthodontic accounts, and driving utilization within high-volume practices.

Key Responsibilities
• Prospect, develop, and close new orthodontic and dental accounts throughout the assigned territory
• Build strong relationships with orthodontists and dental office staff to drive adoption and utilization
• Conduct in-person office visits and confidently navigate dental office environments, including front desk interactions
• Present and position the company’s aligner technology and software platform as a clinically superior solution
• Generate and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive hunting and business development efforts
• Meet and exceed aggressive revenue and growth targets during a rapid ramp-up period
• Collaborate with leadership to help validate and scale the company’s go-to-market strategy

Required Qualifications • Must have 1–5 years of total professional sales experience — no senior or highly tenured candidates will be considered • Must have a minimum of 1 year of dental sales experience • Must have a proven hunter mentality with strong prospecting and new business development skills - SHOW METRICS ON RESUME, required! • Must be comfortable walking into dental offices, engaging front office staff, and building relationships with providers • Must be highly coachable, competitive, and motivated to grow within a startup environment • Must be comfortable with aggressive growth expectations and performance-driven compensation • Must possess strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills • Must be willing to work in the field daily throughout the assigned territory • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required for candidates with relevant dental sales experience
