Benefits Operations Specialist (HR Services)

Equinix is seeking an HR Services Associate – Benefits to oversee benefits administration and support employees with benefits questions across the US. You will work with insurers and vendors, process enrollments, manage invoices, and ensure data accuracy while meeting SLAs and KPIs. The role requires 4+ years in benefits administration in the U.S. and/or Canada, a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), and fluent English.
