That frees our people to focus on client needs, risk advice, and closing. You're the "producer-in-the-loop". You direct the AI agents, check their work, and make every call that needs judgment. Why it matters Small-business owners wait days or weeks for quotes, and they rarely talk to anyone who has looked at what they really need. Traditional agencies spend most of their hours on rekeying, chasing and paperwork, and still bind only a handful of policies a month per team. We're already binding 3–4x as many, without burning the midnight oil. What you'll do Work the pipeline: most leads come to you. When inbound is quiet, you'll run outreach from our AI-powered desk Advise: learn how each business runs, and find the risks the owner missed Recommend: the right coverage, limits and market, and why Decide: hard-to-place risks, E&S placements, and when to walk away Close: explain the trade-offs plainly and bind Approve: nothing the AI agents draft reaches a client or a carrier without your sign-off Build, not just sell You’ll work with our founders and engineers every week, and what you hear on calls shapes the product and the roadmap. As a Producer-Builder, you’ll write the playbook for how producers work with agents, and you’ll help hire the team that follows you. You’ll be trained by the best in the business to be a builder, not just a seller, with career opportunities to grow as we do. What you bring An active resident P&C license (required) 2+ years in small commercial insurance. No book of business required. Placement experience across carriers, MGAs and wholesalers, and underwriters you can call A solid command of GL, BOP, WC and commercial auto A record of hitting volume targets, with the numbers to show it You'd rather advise and close than administer Compensation Base salary: $70,000–$100,000, depending on experience Performance bonus, bringing total cash to $90,000–$130,000 Significant founding equity today, with great upside as we grow Hours that leave room for a life: the agents work late so you don't Brokly covers non-resident licenses, continuing education (CE) and carrier appointments Health, dental, vision, and paid time off benefits Brokly is an equal opportunity employer.
