Shift: 6:45AM to 7:14PM

Guaranteed 48/hours in a week

Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate and comprehensive nursing care to patients admitted to the Medical-Surgical unit.
• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical, psychological, and emotional well-being.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assist with various treatments and procedures.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor and interpret patient data to identify changes in condition and initiate appropriate interventions.
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
• Foster a safe and therapeutic environment for patients, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and contribute to the development of a multidisciplinary care plan.
• Act as an advocate for patients, ensuring their needs and preferences are communicated and addressed.
