Navigate the organizational vision and strategic path for AI, directing the ideation and operationalization of advanced ML solutions that enhance efficiency, support data‑driven decision‑making, and solve complex business challenges. Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Design & Acceptance Lead Serve as the primary EHS design and acceptance lead for capital projects across the organization. Ensure that all project designs, construction activities, and final installations comply with applicable regulatory requirements, industry standards, and UDX EHS standards. Operations, Maintenance & Installation Supervisor Supervise the operations, maintenance, monitoring, scheduling, installation and improvements of resort‑wide life safety, security control, environmental building management and utilities related systems. Oversee infrastructure and equipment across Electrical, Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Mechanical, Plumbing, Electronic Control and Energy Management. Quality Control Inspector Perform park‑wide quality control inspections and audits in areas such as dimensional conformity, fiberglass laminate construction (FRP)/carbon fiber composites, material specification conformity, mechanical and structural non‑destructive testing (NDT), process specification conformity, receiving, and welding. Early Careers Team Support Effectively ideate, develop, execute and deliver a wide range of initiatives for Universal Beginnings. Ride and Show Mechanical Systems Technician Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of animation, special effects, and ride/show mechanical systems. Ride and Show Electrical Systems Technician Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of animation, special effects, and ride/show control and electrical systems. Interview Specialist 1 – Consumer Insights Assist the Consumer Insights team in providing business‑critical information about guests, including demographic insights and feedback on their experiences. Pyrotechnics Technician Operate, handle, store, and maintain fireworks/pyrotechnics in assigned entertainment areas with disciplined technical expertise. Mechanical & Electrical Systems Maintenance Install, maintain, rebuild, troubleshoot, repair, and operate all industrial, commercial, and non‑commercial heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, and ventilation systems site wide. Maintain, service, rebuild, troubleshoot, repair, and operate all commercial restaurant, laundry‑related equipment, and refrigeration systems. Perform highly skilled, discipline‑specific tasks to ensure the smooth operation of all industrial, commercial, production kitchen, bakery, laundry equipment, and refrigeration systems park‑wide. Execute advanced, discipline‑specific tasks necessary to maintain and optimize the operation of Universal Orlando Facilities. General Highlights Support management in directing and coordinating activities of the department and employees.
