Contract | Days | 4x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | Expected 48 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit operating under a team nursing model with support from PCCs and LPNs
• Maintain patient ratios of 1:7 within a collaborative team nursing environment
• Participate in on-call and weekend assignments as needed
• Apply Level I or Level II Trauma experience to manage complex patient presentations
• Float to like units or campuses within a 20-mile radius as operationally required
• Comply with holiday scheduling requirements, including willingness to work a portion of applicable end-of-year holidays during the assignment period

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Tennessee or a compact RN license compliant with NLC guidelines — no pending licenses accepted
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in Medical Surgical nursing
• At least 1 completed prior travel assignment required — first-time travelers are not eligible
• Level I or Level II Trauma experience required
• Valid driver's license required at time of submission
• Must live at least 100 miles from the facility to be eligible — this policy is strictly enforced
• All requested time off must be submitted at the time of application; RTO will not be accommodated after an offer has been extended

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 3 or more years of Medical Surgical nursing experience
• Large hospital or high-volume facility background
• Experience with EPIC electronic health records
• BSN preferred for certain unit designations; ADN accepted for this position
