Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and effective psychotherapy services to diverse individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client's unique needs.
- Conduct weekly supervision sessions with practicum students, providing ongoing feedback and support as they navigate their clinical internships and work towards licensure.
- Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that address the holistic needs of clients.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and client progress within established guidelines, ensuring consistency of care.
- Stay current with the latest research, therapeutic techniques, and best practices in mental health treatment to enhance clinical skills and contribute to team knowledge.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
- A Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD) from an accredited institution.
- A valid state license in one of the following disciplines: LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.
- Professional liability insurance to practice and protect against potential claims.
- A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting.
Preferred Experience
While the minimum requirements guarantee a baseline competency, experience in providing clinical supervision to practicum students and familiarity with teletherapy modalities are highly preferred. Specialized training in specific therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or family systems therapy will enhance your candidacy.
Compensation and Benefits
Englewood Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 annually, reflecting our commitment to attracting top talent in the field.
