We’re seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team and add immediate value! This is a position that is heavy on travel supporting our many high-profile customers. This position is ideal for a hands-on construction owner and should have very strong knowledge of multiple construction trades to be able to train and develop crews and crew supervisors as needed. Compensation:

$65,000 - $80,000

Responsibilities:

• Ensure each job is completed on schedule with a goal of zero punch items.
• This is a hands-on role where all employees, regardless of title, actively contribute on job sites.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on project specifications, construction documents, and building codes.
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, and safety compliance.
• Maintain strict safety protocols and conduct site evaluations.

Qualifications:

• Strong technical skills across all construction trades.
• Extensive proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Must be focused on building relationships with customers and customer representatives while consistently providing a positive outlook even through stressful situations.
• Be able to accurately measure sites and complete take-offs
• Strong understanding of construction terminology, estimating, scheduling, and reading construction documents.
