Quality Engineer

Our client is seeking a Quality Engineer to lead the improvement of their manufacturing processes and ensure the production of high-quality products. This opportunity is ideal for early-career engineers and recent graduates who are passionate about problem-solving and interested in a hands-on role within a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Utilize statistical tools and quality engineering methods to improve process quality, efficiency, and performance. Support the plant’s continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve manufacturing and quality issues. Communicate directly with customers and suppliers to resolve quality concerns quickly and effectively. Develop and implement inspection methods and procedures for products. Spend significant time on the production floor working with team members to identify opportunities for improvement. Key Requirement's: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. Other engineering degrees will be considered on a case-by-case basis. 0–3 years of quality engineering or manufacturing experience. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with problem-solving methodologies and Lean Manufacturing principles. Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills. Any type of VISA sponsorship will not be considered. Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 *Do to the volume of applications, only those qualified for the position will be contacted.
