Experience with requirement gathering, data validation, and supporting enterprise systems is essential. You will collaborate across departments to enhance decision-making, operational efficiency, and reporting capabilities in a dynamic agriculture and food production environment. Key Responsibilities: Gather, document, and translate business requirements from stakeholders across departments into clear functional specifications and user stories Design, develop, and maintain BI reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions to support data-driven decision-making Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, analyze, and validate data from enterprise systems, ensuring accuracy and reliability Identify opportunities to improve business processes, recommend system enhancements, and support the implementation of new tools or upgrades Collaborate with IT, operations, finance, and other teams to test solutions, validate data integrity, and drive adoption of reporting and analytics tools Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), support data governance initiatives, and deliver actionable insights to leadership This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected leader in agriculture and food production where your analytical expertise and business acumen will directly support operational excellence, process optimization, and sustainable growth.
