We provide consistent weekly pay via direct deposit every Friday and we take the time to make quality client-caregiver matches to ensure that our caregivers are placed in homes where they are comfortable. This has led our Caregivers to stay with our Agency for an average of 4.3 years! Benefits offered to our Aides: Specialize in Long-term Consistent Care: The average client is with us for over 3 years, which allows us to provide consistent and stable work. 401(k) Matching: We match up to 6% to put money towards your retirement! Flexible Scheduling: We work with you to accommodate schedule preferences, limitations, and changes. Unlimited Overtime: If you work over 40 hours in a week, we make sure you are compensated accordingly.
