Food and Beverage Staff are friendly, upbeat individuals with a desire to help guests enjoy a great dining experience. This position is responsible for ensuring each guest receives a warm and sincere greeting, taking orders quickly and efficiently, thorough knowledge of the menu, seating guests in appropriate sections, anticipating guests' needs, assisting server and busser staff when necessary, bidding each guest a warm and sincere farewell.

Key responsibilities include energizing people and being passionate about guest service, handling guest complaints immediately, exceeding guest expectations, working flexible hours, responding well to a strong training culture, completing all other duties as assigned, and being committed to working in any facility and any function within his/her primary job classification. Additionally, staff must be thoroughly knowledgeable on menu and food preparation, greet guests in a timely and professional manner, support servers on the floor with bussing dirty tables, cleaning floors, arranging tables, and filling water glasses, and thank guests by name for their visit and invite them to return. The position also requires maintaining a cleanliness of the foyer, including outside-perimeter cleanliness, music types and sound levels, lighting, temperature, hourly floor cleanliness, and spot cleaning.

Requirements include consistent activity such as walking, bending, and lifting, the ability to work holidays and weekends, employment may require a background check, and being 16 years or older.
