This role would suit an Electrical or Mechanical Engineer from a manufacturing background who enjoys solving technical problems, working closely with production and leading people.

The Role:

• Lead a small manufacturing team while remaining hands-on technically
• Support engineering, production and continuous improvement activities
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and improve processes
• Monday-Friday, fully on-site

The Person:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Manufacturing engineering experience
• Leadership experience, or ready to step into a leadership role
• U.S. Citizen
