Schedule & Assignment Details:

• Night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
• 13-week assignment
• Guaranteed 36 or 48 hours per week (must specify preference)
• Rotational weekend coverage required
• No call requirements
• Night shift orients on day shift for initial training

Qualifications:

• Active RN license (eligible in Missouri)
• BLS (AHA required)
• 1+ year current inpatient Telemetry RN experience; drug titration skills
• NIHSS (must obtain prior to start if not held)
• 4 trauma credits (complete within two weeks if not current)
• Preferred: ACLS certification; Trauma care experience
• Flexibility to float on a rotational basis within Telemetry and related units

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care across all age groups, addressing pre/post-surgical and trauma needs
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care
• Collaborate with ancillary departments
• Maintain high standards for confidentiality, patient rights, and adherence to all clinical guidelines
• Mentor and support fellow caregivers, evaluate care provision
