Security MonitorThe primary responsibility of the Security Monitor is to ensure all incoming calls are transferred to the respective departments per contractual requirements. This position supports the Case Processing Operation Center (CPOC) within our Defense and Intel Operating Group.Key Role/ResponsibilitiesAnswers and/or directs incoming telephone calls to appropriate personnel or agency departmentTypes memorandums or routine letters of correspondenceAnswers routine (oral and written) inquiriesEnsures visitors are properly signed in, badged and assigned to an approved escortVerifies visual identity for government personnel before entering secure spaceOther duties as assigned.Basic QualificationsPosition requires a high school diploma or equivalentExcellent customer service skills.Computer proficiency and working knowledge of MS Office applicationsConfidentialityThorough attention to detail.Effectively communicate with team members both verbal and written.US Citizenship, due to nature of work performed and contract requirement.Must pass a government background investigation.Work will be performed on-site in Iron Mountain, Boyers, PAAdditional QualificationsExperience working in the Government services industry is preferred.Physical activities require reaching, bending, kneeling, stooping, lifting, finger dexterity, grasping, feeling repetitive motions, walking and standing.We invest in the lives of our employees, both in and out of the workplace, by providing competitive pay and benefits packages.
