Warehouse Associate

Pay: $24.00 - $25.00/hr

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM

Location: Henderson, CO

Join a growing manufacturing company as a Warehouse Associate supporting production of industrial equipment for the energy industry. This hands-on role includes shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, and forklift operation in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments
• Pick, stage, package, and ship outgoing orders
• Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy
• Track inventory and material movement using ERP software
• Load and unload trucks safely
• Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts
• Maintain organized, safe warehouse operations
• Support production teams by ensuring materials are available when needed

• 3+ years of warehouse experience
• Shipping, receiving, and inventory control experience
• ERP system experience (Epicor preferred)
• Sit-down forklift experience; stand-up forklift a plus
• Manufacturing warehouse experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and teamwork

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Henderson, CO.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
