Healthcare Security Officer - Danbury

Provides safety and security for patients, visitors, and staff in a healthcare facility through patrols, access control, and incident response. Job Title: Healthcare Security Officer Pay Rate: $19.50/hour Schedule: Fri, Sat, Sun, Tue: 07:00–15:00 Mon: 15:00–23:00 Key Duties: Patrol buildings, grounds, and parking areas. Control access to restricted areas and monitor entrances/exits. Respond to alarms, incidents, and calls for assistance. Use de‑escalation skills and interact professionally with patients and visitors. Complete clear incident and daily activity reports. Follow Securitas policies, post orders, and privacy requirements. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Meets legal age/licensing requirements; able to pass background checks. Good communication, observation, and report‑writing skills.
