Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine client needs and develop tailored treatment plans that address their unique challenges.

• Deliver individual therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to foster personal growth.

• Establish therapeutic goals with clients and continuously monitor progress to ensure positive outcomes.

• Provide teletherapy options for clients, enhancing accessibility for those facing mobility or geographical challenges.

• Maintain precise documentation of client sessions and treatment plans to adhere to ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse client base experiencing mental health challenges including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or possess a PsyD.

Compensation and Benefits\n
