You'll be the go-to person for client management, event coordination, and on-site support, all while engaging with the community and managing administrative duties. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development: You'll lead the charge in identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing relationships to grow our catering and events services. Client Management & Contracting: You'll be the friendly face that clients trust, handling contracts and ensuring their needs are met with a smile. Event Coordination & On-site Support: From setup to tear down, you'll be hands-on, making sure every event runs smoothly and exceeds expectations. Administrative & Report Duties: You'll keep things organized and on track with your stellar administrative skills, ensuring all reports are accurate and timely. Agency & Community Engagement: You'll build strong relationships with community partners, vendors, staff, and volunteers, making sure LIFECARE ALLIANCE is a key player in the community. Qualifications Required Education High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred Education Associate degree in Business, Hospitality, Food Service, or a related field strongly preferred; long-term sales experience in a related field will be considered. Required Experience Minimum of 3 years of experience in catering, food service sales, event planning, or related customer service roles. Required Skills and Abilities Ability to perform manual tasks, including event setup, tear down, and lifting. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with comfort speaking to groups.
