Work Schedule: 75-1.0 FTE, based on the candidate's preference. 8, 10, 12 and 14 hour shifts available to provide flexibility. Weekend and/or PM shift commitments optional for additional compensation. Some weekend, night, Holiday and pager call may apply at some locations. This position will be assigned a primary work location but must also be willing to work at any of the following locations: University Hospital, American Family Children's Hospital, East Madison Hospital, Madison Surgery Center, and the Digestive Health Center in Madison, WI.

Pay: Pay Range $238,000.00 - $333,000.00 / year. New graduate students may be eligible for up to $150,000 in student loan repayment over a five year period. Practicing CRNAs may be eligible for up to a $75,000 sign-on bonus. Relocation assistance may be available for qualified applicants.

Education: Minimum Masters or Doctorate degree from accredited CRNA program

Certifications: Minimum

• Active RN license in WI AND
• Active national certification from National Board of Certified and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
