- Manually deburr, smooth, and polish complex machined parts using hand tools, pneumatic grinders, abrasive pads, and tumbling equipment.
- Review completed parts against blueprints and technical instructions to verify correct radius edges and structural profiles.
- Visually inspect parts under magnification for minor finish irregularities, scratches, or surface imperfections.
- Work collaboratively with machinists and quality control teams to ensure final components align with strict aerospace benchmarks.
