Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Rehab Aide/Tech to join our team at Ivy Hill Post Acute Nursing and Rehabilitation in Wyndmoor, PA. Under the close supervision of a licensed therapist, the Rehab Aide/Tech will perform delegated, selected, or routine tasks in specific situations to support patient care and therapy activities.

Responsibilities:

Prepare patients and treatment areas for therapy sessions
Clean and organize work areas, disinfect equipment, and maintain infection control procedures
Perform administrative tasks, including ordering supplies, answering phone calls, and scheduling appointments
Assist patients with exercises and functional activities under the direction of a licensed therapist
Monitor and maintain inventory of general supplies and equipment, and order supplies as needed
Provide additional support to staff as needed
Complete other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Ability to create and maintain a safe and effective environment
Excellent verbal/communication and collaboration skills
Physical Therapy Aide experience preferred, but not required
Ability to adapt and be flexible with changes in workload
Ability to perform tasks that require physical strength
