Founded on rigorous scientific inquiry and a willingness to challenge long-held assumptions, Revolution Medicines is committed to changing the trajectory of disease for patients with RAS-addicted cancers worldwide.Our people are united by a shared way of working: follow the science, challenge assumptions, act with urgency and hold ourselves to a high standard of rigor—all in service of patients.The OpportunityWe are seeking a Principal Product Manager, G&A Data & Intelligence to shape data products and intelligence capabilities that help RevMed transact, close, plan, forecast, govern, and scale with trusted business data.As RevMed scales toward commercialization, this role will focus first on ERP and Finance data products that support launch readiness, revenue operations, inventory visibility, demand planning, financial controls, reporting confidence, and executive decision-making. The ideal candidate brings deep ERP and Finance data experience, preferably with NetSuite or a similar ERP platform. While the role spans multiple G&A domains, the highest priority is ERP and Finance data, followed by People data, Procurement data, and Legal data.Product surfaces may include finance data marts, executive reporting products, revenue and inventory intelligence, demand planning datasets, workforce analytics, spend intelligence, contract lifecycle insights, governed business metrics, and natural language access to priority G&A data.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine the vision and roadmap for G&A data products and intelligence capabilities across Finance, ERP, People, Procurement, Legal, and related enterprise workflows.Prioritize ERP and Finance data products across general ledger, inventory management, revenue recognition, demand planning, financial reporting, forecasting, and operational controls.Set success metrics tied to close efficiency, reporting accuracy, forecast confidence, inventory visibility, revenue readiness, planning cycle time, self-service usage, and reduced manual work.Build a Now, Next, Later roadmap that balances ERP and Finance data maturity with broader G&A analytics, automation, and decision support.Understand workflows across Accounting, FP&A, Finance Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial Operations, People, Procurement, Legal, and executive stakeholders.Design data products around key decision moments such as financial close, revenue recognition, inventory visibility, demand planning, budget planning, forecast updates, workforce planning, vendor spend, and contract visibility.Translate business workflows and analytical needs into clear product requirements and prioritized capabilities.Determine when to build, buy, partner, configure, or integrate based on user value, data availability, platform fit, compliance needs, scalability, interoperability, and maintainability.Partner with Finance, IT, Data, Security, vendors, and source-system owners to deliver priority G&A data products from NetSuite and adjacent platforms.Clarify systems of record and reusable data products for key business data, including general ledger, vendors, purchase orders, inventory, revenue, forecasts, workforce data, compensation data, contracts, approvals, and audit-relevant attributes.Improve data quality, metadata, lineage, governance, controls, reporting readiness, and usability across ERP, planning, HRIS, recruiting, compensation, procurement, and legal source systems.Ensure G&A data products turn financial, operational, people, procurement, and legal data into decision-grade insights, not just transactions, extracts, or static reports.Enable self-service insights, automation, and adoption.Use modern AI, analytics, workflow, and low-code tools to prototype concepts, validate user needs, and de-risk ideas before larger product, platform, or vendor investments.Partner with Data, IT, and business teams to identify automation and AI-enabled use cases such as close support, variance explanation, contract and policy search, workforce insights, vendor spend analysis, and executive briefing support.Drive rollout and continuous improvement through usage metrics, feedback loops, training, documentation, and measurable workflow improvements.Required Skills, Experience and Education:12+ years of experience in Product Management, Data Product Management, Finance Data Products, ERP Analytics, Enterprise Data Platforms, Business Intelligence, Digital Transformation, or related roles.Strong product leadership experience defining vision, shaping strategy, building roadmaps, prioritizing tradeoffs, influencing senior stakeholders, and delivering measurable business outcomes.Deep experience with ERP and Finance data domains, including general ledger, financial close, reporting, inventory management, revenue recognition, planning, forecasting, demand planning, and operational controls.Experience with NetSuite or comparable ERP platforms, including how ERP data connects with planning, reporting, procurement, inventory, revenue, and enterprise analytics platforms.Experience translating Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Supply Chain, People, Procurement, and Legal workflows into scalable data products and requirements.Product judgment to evaluate build, buy, partner, configure, and integration options based on user value, data quality, compliance, scalability, interoperability, and maintainability.Strong understanding of enterprise data quality, governance, access controls, auditability, approvals, segregation of duties, reporting, and compliance expectations for G&A data.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across business, technical, vendor, and executive audiences.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Data, or a related field.Preferred Skills:Experience with NetSuite data products, ERP analytics, Finance data models, planning data, inventory data, revenue data, or enterprise reporting in a scaling biotech, pharma, life sciences, or high-growth company environment.Experience with people data and analytics platforms such as Workday, Greenhouse, Radford, compensation planning, workforce planning, or people analytics tools.Experience with procurement, contract lifecycle management, legal operations, vendor management, spend management, or related data domains.Experience enabling self-service reporting, enterprise analytics, planning workflows, automation, AI-enabled business operations, or low-code prototyping.Comfort operating in an emerging biotech environment where strategy, execution, ambiguity, controls, compliance, vendor complexity, and hands-on problem solving are part of the work.
