With 18 established locations, over 35 optometrists, and 5 ophthalmologists, our organization continues to experience tremendous growth while maintaining a strong reputation for clinical excellence and patient-centered care.

As patient demand continues to rise, we are seeking a BC/BE Glaucoma Surgeon to join our expanding team. This is a rare opportunity to step into immediate clinical and surgical volume with a well-established glaucoma referral network and a strong cataract patient base.

Our current glaucoma surgeon is operating at capacity, creating an exceptional opportunity for an incoming physician to build a busy practice immediately. The opportunity offers an ideal 70/30 split between glaucoma and cataract care with strong surgical demand from day one.

State-of-the-Art Ambulatory Surgery Center
Practice in a newly developed ASC featuring 6 modern operating rooms, advanced technology, efficient surgical workflows, and exceptional clinical support staff dedicated to physician success.

Grene Vision Group has built a strong regional reputation, attracting patients from across Kansas and surrounding communities many traveling several hours specifically for specialty eye care services.

Compensation & Benefits
Guaranteed base salary for 2 years plus production model
