Cable & Chassis Assembly TechnicianWe're seeking experienced Cable & Chassis Assembly Technicians to join a growing manufacturing team. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience building cable harnesses, wiring chassis, and performing precision electro-mechanical assembly in a production environment.What You'll DoAssemble cable harnesses, wiring assemblies, and electronic chassis componentsRead and interpret assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, and work instructionsPerform hand soldering of wires, connectors, terminals, and electronic componentsRoute, terminate, label, and secure wiring according to specificationsPerform electro-mechanical assembly of components and subassembliesInspect completed work to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with standardsTroubleshoot and resolve assembly discrepancies as neededMaintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work areaQualifications2+ years of experience with cable assembly, wire harness assembly, chassis wiring, or electro-mechanical assemblyProficient soldering skills and ability to produce clean, reliable connectionsAbility to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical work instructionsStrong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality workExperience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devicesAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a manufacturing environmentCompensation & Benefits$23-$28/hr, depending on experienceFull-time opportunityStable schedule with a growing and established manufacturerOpportunity for long-term career growthWhy Apply?Join a team that values craftsmanship, quality, and attention to detail.
