Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HVAC Lead Installer to join our team in Maitland, FL. As a key player in our operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in both residential and commercial settings. If you have a passion for delivering high-quality work and enjoy leading a team, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise HVAC installation projects from start to finish.
Ensure all installations are completed in accordance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Train and mentor junior installers, providing guidance and support throughout the installation process.
Conduct site assessments to determine project requirements and develop installation plans.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
Maintain accurate records of installations, including materials used and time spent on each project.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure seamless project execution.
Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification in HVAC preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC installation, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation techniques.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
